Why did my payout/fund withdrawal fail due to invalid bank details?


Sometimes, payouts may not go through if the bank details in our system are incomplete or outdated. This usually happens if: 

• Your IFSC code has changed 
• Your bank merged or updated branch details 
• The bank name or account information is missing in the records 

What you can do? 
Just share a copy of your passbook’s first page or cancelled cheque with our support team. We will quickly update your correct bank details and reprocess your payout. Smooth and sorted.
