Why is my UPI payment not reflected in my ArihantPlus account?


UPI fund transfers to your ArihantPlus account usually reflect instantly. In some cases, it may take 10–20 minutes. If the amount is still not visible, it is usually due to a common UPI-related issue or a mismatch during the payment process. 


Common reasons why UPI fund addition may fail

 

1. Payment made from a non-registered bank account
UPI payments are accepted only from the bank account registered with your Arihant trading account. Payments made from any other bank account will be rejected. 


2. Bank account mismatch during UPI payment
The bank account selected on the Add Funds screen in ArihantPlus must be the same bank account selected in your UPI app. If a different bank account is chosen in the UPI app, the transaction will fail. 


3. Direct payment made from the UPI app
Funds must always be added using the “Add Funds” option inside the ArihantPlus app or platform. Direct payments sent from UPI apps like Google Pay or PhonePe are not mapped to your trading account.
