Why am I getting this error while adding funds to my account?
There are some come errors that you may counter while adding funds to your ArihantPlus account. We’ve listed them down for you along with the resolutions:
CFund Addition – Common Errors & Resolutions
Error Code | Issue Description | Possible Resolution |
B3 | General Transaction Failure | You need to either retry of use an alternative payment mode |
Z9 | Debit Failed | You may not have sufficient balance in your bank account |
ZM | Debit Failed | You will need to retry after some time or use a different payment mode |
Z8 | Debit Failed | You will need to retry or choose another method |
K1 | Transaction Failure | Recheck UPI ID, account number or bank details |
Z6 | Debit Failed | Some technical issue from bank’s system. We suggest contacting the bank directly |
U69 | Network/timeout failure | Please retry after some time |
Failure (Reconciliation Job Update) | System error during reconciliation | Contact customer support team for reconciliation fix |
