Why am I getting this error while adding funds to my account?


There are some come errors that you may counter while adding funds to your ArihantPlus account. We’ve listed them down for you along with the resolutions:

General Transaction Failure 

You need to either retry of  use an alternative payment mode 

Z9 

Debit Failed 

You may not have sufficient balance in your bank account 

ZM 

Debit Failed  
(Bank issue) 

 You will need to retry after some time or use a different payment mode 

Z8 

Debit Failed 

You will need to retry or choose another method 

K1 

Transaction Failure 

Recheck UPI ID, account number or bank details 

Z6 

Debit Failed 

Some technical issue from bank’s system. We suggest contacting the bank directly 

U69 

Network/timeout failure 

Please retry after some time 

Failure (Reconciliation Job Update) 

System error during reconciliation 

Contact customer support team for reconciliation fix
