My SBI/Central Bank of India account number starts with 000000, and it is not updated correctly on my ArihantPlus account. What should I do?
Some SBI and Central Bank of India accounts begin with 000000 followed by the remaining account digits. If this complete number is not correctly updated in our system, the bank cannot validate the payout request, which results in failure.
Please share any one of the following with our customer support team:
- Chequebook photo
- Passbook first page (with name, IFSC and full account number clearly visible)
- Bank statement reflecting accurate details
Once updated, you can place your payout request again, and it will go through successfully.
