Why is my fund tranfer getting rejected?

Your fund transfer on ArihantPlus usually fails if you transfer funds through an unregistered bank account, entered wrong bank details or maybe facing temporary network issues with your bank or UPI. Here are some of the most common reasons for fund failure:

  • Unregistered bank account: You've transferred money from a bank account that isn't linked to your ArihantPlus account.
  • Insufficient funds: Simply put, there isn't enough money in the account you're transferring from.
  • Bank-side issues: Your bank's server could be down, or there might not be enough balance in your account.
  • UPI or netbanking timeout: The payment window closed before your bank could approve the transaction.
  • Incorrect details: You may have entered the wrong virtual account number or IFSC code while doing NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS.
  • Outdated bank details: If your bank has updated its MICR or IFSC code, but you haven't updated the same in your trading account, the transfer can fail with an "Invalid bank account" error. In this case, simply update your latest bank details in your ArihantPlus account and try again.

If you've checked all of these and the issue still persists, our customer support team is happy to help you sort it out.
