What should I do if my fund transfer fails, but the amount is deducted from my bank account?

Don't worry, this happens occasionally. How it gets resolved depends on which bank account you transferred from.

  • If you transferred from a bank account registered with ArihantPlus: Even if the transfer shows as "failed" on your screen, the amount will still be credited to your ArihantPlus trading account (ledger), since it came from your own registered account. You won't need to do anything extra, just check your fund balance. If you'd like this amount back in your bank account, simply raise a fund withdrawal request from the app.
  • If you transferred from an unregistered or third-party bank account:Since we can only accept funds from your own registered bank account, the transaction won't be credited to your ArihantPlus account in this case. The payment gateway will automatically initiate a refund back to the account it came from. No need to reach out to us separately. Refunds like this are usually processed within 1 working day.

For example, let's say you tried adding ₹2,500 via UPI from a bank account that isn't registered with ArihantPlus, and the payment failed. The transaction won't reflect in your ArihantPlus account, but your ₹2,500 will be automatically refunded to your bank account within a working day.
