No. Applying under the Shareholder or Employee Category does not guarantee allotment. 

These categories have separate reserved allocations for eligible applicants, but allotment depends on the number of valid applications, subscription levels, and applicable allotment rules. 

Even if you are eligible, you may receive partial allotment or no allotment if the category is oversubscribed.
