Yes, minors can apply for IPOs through ArihantPlus using UPI. If UPI is not enabled for a minor’s bank account, the application can be made through the net banking ASBA route by providing the minor’s demat account details (subject to the bank’s rules for minor accounts). However, the application must be made using the minor’s own demat and bank account. If a different person’s bank or demat account is used, the RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agent) may reject the application.
