How to apply under the Shareholder Category for Jio IPO on ArihantPlus?

If you held at least one Reliance Industries share in your Demat account on 14 October 2026, you may qualify to apply under the Jio IPO Shareholder Reservation Category, subject to the RHP conditions. However, if you hold the shares jointly, then only the first-named account holder is eligible under shareholder quota.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to ArihantPlus and go to Products → IPO.
  2. Select Jio Platforms IPO under Open IPOs (or tap on Jio IPO card on dashboard).
  3. Tap Apply and choose the Shareholder Category on top of the order page.
  4. Enter your bid quantity (minimum 12 shares and in its multiple)
  5. Enter price (recommended to tick 'Cut-off price' at ₹1,119 to ensure maximum allotment chances).
  6. Enter your UPI ID (must be linked to a bank account under your name) and tap Proceed.
  7. Review your details and tap Confirm and Apply.
  8. Approve the UPI mandate to complete your application. Make sure to approve the mandate before 5:00 PM on Friday, October 23, 2026, to block the funds

As a shareholder, you can also submit a separate Retail Category application using the same PAN, subject to the Jio IPO's specific offer conditions.

Note: Retail and shareholder bids are capped at a maximum of ₹2 Lakhs per category.
