Why is my limit not updated despite the fund transfer?
Our RMS system adjusts your limit so you can place trades as soon as the funds are credited to your account. However, if that’s not the case, it could be because of one of the following reasons:
- This could be due to manual approval pending, reconciliation delay, or transfer from an unregistered bank.
To resolve this, we request you to share your fund transfer proof along with the client code with our customer support team directly from the app through the quick WhatsApp sticky or by calling them, to get it updated manually.
