No. Once you tender shares in a buyback, they are blocked in your demat account. You cannot sell those specific shares in the open market until the buyback process is complete and unaccepted shares are returned to you.  

However, if you hold additional shares of the same company (beyond what you tendered), you can freely trade those shares.
