Who is eligible to participate in a buyback?
To participate in a buyback, you must:
- Hold shares of the company as of the record date announced by the company
- Have the shares in your demat account on or before the record date
- Be a registered shareholder- beneficial owners holding via NSDL or CDSL accounts are eligible
