If any details need to be changed in a minor’s account, all forms and supporting documents must be signed by the guardian who originally opened the account. The guardian holds the legal authority to operate and update the account on behalf of the minor. The minor is not permitted to sign any documents until they attain majority, after which the account must be updated with the minor’s own details and signature.
